The purchased products will be SHIPPED to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 48 WORKING hours of acceptance of the Order by Relish, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order.
Relish reserves the right to accept or not accept deliveries requested outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon completion of your order.If you don't receive it, check your spam box.If it is not found in spam, check that you have provided all the data correctly and that your payment was successful.

We usually take 1-2 working days to prepare an order. Once the order has been sent you will receive an email confirming shipment and another email from the courier to track your order.
Direct exchange is not possible. You can make the return by choosing one of the two methods.
Here are the two return options in brief: you can choose between free returns with a digital coupon voucher of the same amount to be spent on our site within 6 months (only in this case we do the collection with our courier) or return at your expense and refund of the amount with the same method with which you paid (in this way we are only waiting for your return, you must choose how to ship).
The package must be sent or collected within 15 calendar days from the dayof delivery of the same. We are also available by telephone on +39 0815108815 or write to us at e-commerce@relish.it to receive all the instructions.
Refunds are made within 5 working days of the date of delivery of the return to our warehouse.
